We are on Seaport–Airport Road in Kakkanad, on the eastern side of Kochi near Infopark. Walk in during office hours to sit with a designer over a map — or call ahead and we will keep the kettle on.

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most trips. For December–January, Onam and long weekends, book eight to twelve weeks ahead — houseboats and the better Munnar and Wayanad stays fill first. Last-minute trips are still possible; we simply have fewer stays to choose from.
Yes. Ooty, Kodaikanal, Coorg, Mysore, Pondicherry and the Tamil Nadu temple circuit are all routes we run, on their own or joined to a Kerala itinerary. Tell us the places and we will say honestly how well we know each one.
Yes. Stays and cabs can be booked on their own. Choose 'Hotel or houseboat only' or 'Cab or transfer only' in the form, or browse the hotels page and send us the dates.
You see one price with inclusions and exclusions listed line by line; the discount is already inside it. Pay by card, UPI or bank transfer against a GST invoice. Cancellation terms are stated before you pay and are on the cancellation policy page.
